Okay, it’s August and we have no high horse to mount as neither Alex nor Stephanie nor I have finished our own chapters. Paul has. Paul is on holiday.
The deadline for submission of the manuscript is the end of October and all contributors know that their final deadline is mid-September. That gives us about four weeks to go.
We can do it, right?
