The closing date for Expressions Of Interest (EOI) in the first round is currently scheduled for Friday 30 May 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note (from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.software.ac.uk\/research-software-maintenance-fund\/round-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">information about Round 1<\/a>) that the software must be &#8220;beyond the prototype\/pilot stage&#8221; and &#8220;be used by people outside their organisation&#8221; and development team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This goal resonates with the mission of Research Software Group at the University of Birmingham. If you&#8217;re possibly interested in submitting an EOI, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.birmingham.ac.uk\/research\/arc\/rsg\/contact\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contact us<\/a> and mention the Research Software Maintenance Fund (or just RSMF).
