Project TransWell is aimed to investigate available opportunities for students in academic institutions to pursue their careers outside academia. This project examines available career services and the perceived gap between them and the requirements of the job market. This project will be carried out in collaboration with researchers from the University of Florence in Italy and Nantes University in France.
