In light of Season 2 release on 25th March, our reading group will be discussing Regency romance and Season 1 of Bridgerton (to give you more time to watch it). Of course, as always, you don&#8217;t need to have watched Bridgerton, or even read Julia Quinn&#8217;s &#8220;The Duke and I&#8221; on which it is based. You don&#8217;t even need to like Regency romance&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please join us to discuss the Regency romance genre, Bridgerton as a popular romance adaptation, and depictions of race, consent and sex(uality).
