Lesley demonstrated the practical application of her PhD research &amp; how to use the Vald ForceFrame to collect meaningful neck strength data for rugby union players. Lesley highlighted the need for further research in the area &amp; hopefully inspired a few thesis projects.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emily Ross (Head Physiotherapist for England Red Roses) gave an inspiring account of her journey into elite sport &amp; her passion for what she does.&nbsp; Emily discussed the process of building a world class sports performance &amp; medical team &amp; what it takes to be a world No. 1 Women\u2019s rugby Team, including the highs &amp; lows.
