CASES accreditation is the gold standard for sport and exercise scientists in the UK. It reflects competence within the field and ethical, evidence-based practice. For Joe Phillips, as a performance scientist, earning this recognition is the result of years of dedication to both personal and professional development\u2014balancing rigorous academic training with real-world experience across a variety of applied sport science contexts.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joe pursued the\u202fSupervised Experience (SE) Route<\/strong>\u202fto accreditation, working closely with\u202fDr Liam Anderson <\/strong>throughout the process. These experiences provided a strong foundation for applied sport science delivery and allowed Joe to test and refine his skills in a high-performance setting. He now works as a performance scientist at\u202fStockport County FC<\/strong>, where he continues to develop and apply his knowledge in a fast-paced, competitive environment. His progression through these roles exemplifies the link between professional development and real-world impact\u2014something that CASES accreditation is designed to highlight and support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
