Birmingham 2026 Values: Have your say

Published: Posted on

Birmingham Professional is being re-imagined in the context of Birmingham 2026. The plan is to develop a statement of intent for all Professional Services colleagues about our people and our culture, where we want to get to, how we support each other to get there, and how we recognise positive behaviours in line with our values.

But what are our values?

Here’s your chance to help decide. The University’s Senior Management Forum and People and Culture Working Group have prepared a series of possible values, aligned with the ambitions contained within the Birmingham 2026 vision. Come along to one of these interactive sessions to find out what they are, and provide your feedback to help shape the final values.
