Customer feedback for February

Each month we share a snapshot of some of the great feedback we receive from customers across the University about the fantastic customer service and support they receive from IT Services staff. Here are some of the comments provided by our customers in February, and the team or individual who deserved the good praise.

“Richard responded really quickly to my request, and also went above and beyond in coming to see me to talk me through the current admin processes. Really excellent service.”

“Great service from Mike Finney, who has provided a tailor-made solution here serveral times for this non-standard server that is essential for the work of 150 researchers. This time it was a space issue, but Mike has been able to provide solutions for it at various times.
“It is very important for us to have people like Mike within IT who can provide ‘non-standard service’ but are able to come and talk to us, look at our problems/needs and design tailor-made solutions.
