The History of Parliament: Resources for Researchers

Thursday 3 April 2025
7.00pm – 8.30pm Online via Zoom
The director of the History of Parliament, Dr Jennifer Davey, will be joined by colleagues from the History’s various projects to explain what their research can offer to those interested in the history of the Midlands. Their work covers the history of Parliament across the centuries, from its origins in the medieval period through to the present day, looking at members of the House of Commons and the House of Lords, elections, constituency histories and much more. It offers a wealth of resources for political, social, local and family history, presented in a variety of formats, from full length articles to videos and podcasts.
