Following a discussion at the end of the last session, it was decided that we all fancied something festive before we break up for the holidays, so I decided we’d focus on TV Christmas specials!
Your task, if you choose to accept it, is to read (at least some of) ‘“A Very Supernatural Christmas” as Nostalgic Holiday Special’ by Kevin J. Wetmore, Jr – which is ostensibly about Supernatural (2005-2020), but also discusses standard Christmas special tropes – and come to the session with an example of a TV Christmas special that you hold dear.
