Next year, I plan to run a new interdisciplinary network aimed at postgraduates and research students: The AI and Humanities Hub. The idea is to explore AI through a humanities lens – and to foster critical reading, philosophical dialogue and contemplation of AI’s impact on human thought. The emphasis is on reading, questioning and understanding – not coding.
If you would like to express your interest and be contacted in future once the network has been established, please do let me know. We welcome all students, whether taught postgraduates or researchers (MA by Research, MRes and PhD), at any stage of their studies who have an hour or two per month freee in which to engage with the network. We welcome students from all disciplines within humanities, arts and law.
I’ve attached a brochure with more information but feel free to ask any questions. I’ll check on the number of interested parties around August and get back to those who expressed their interest.
Best wishes,
