The Screening Rights Film Festival 2016 is almost upon us – festival passes are on sale and the exciting programme is available!
The Screening Rights Film Festival 2016 is a four-day programme of important and inspiring Social Justice films by award-winning and new directors from across the globe. Taking place across Birmingham, all films will include post screening discussions with directors, producers, writers, activists and experts. Festival director is my colleague, Michele Aaron, who is Senior Lecturer in Film Studies at the University of Birmingham where her research focuses on the potential of film to affect personal, social and political change.
The Festival has its own trailer.
And Facebook site.
And is supported by the Midlands Arts Centre.
And The Electric Cinema.
See you there!
