David Beckham is a former English national footballer and played primarily as a right winger. He made his first-team debut with Manchester United in 1992 at age 17. Not only is considered as one of the best players of his generation but he is celebrated as one of the best free-kick takers of all time. Throughout his career he won 19 major trophies, including the Premier League and La Liga, and became the first British footballer to play 100 Champions League games.
Later in his career he played four seasons with Real Madrid before transferring to Major League Soccer club LA Galaxy in 2007. While with LA Galaxy, Beckham went on loan to AC Milan in 2009 and 2010. He ended his 20-year career, retiring in 2013 after playing for Paris Saint-Germain for four months.
Nowadays, Beckham is the president and co-owner of Inter Miami CF and co-owner of Salford City.
