 Ben also reflects on the emotional investment required in sports, noting the sacrifices made, such as missing family events due to work commitments. He acknowledges the stress associated with high-level positions but also highlights the rewarding experiences, such as participating in major tournaments and achieving significant milestones with teams. 

For students entering the field, Ben advises gaining practical experience early on, whether through internships or volunteer work. He highlights that enthusiasm and a proactive attitude can set candidates apart in a competitive job market.
