After many months of hard work, staff from IT Services who had been undertaking Institute for Leadership Management (ILM) courses received their certificates in a ceremony at the Barber Institute of Fine Arts on the Wednesday 2 November.
Certificates were presented by Kate Cooper, Head of Research, Policy and Standards at the ILM. IT Services staff were also supported during the event by friends, colleagues and managers.
