Quality feedback for IT Services staff

Every month our staff in IT Services provide fantastic customer service and support to staff and students across the University and resolve hundreds of IT incidents. Once an incident is resolved our customers have a chance to provide feedback and comments about the service they received. We thought it would be great to share some of the fantastic feedback and praise that we received in January – below is a snapshot of some of the comments provide by our customers and the team or individual who resolved the incident.
