Colleagues are invited to attend the next New Core ‘Town Hall’ meeting on Thursday 17 May, 11.30am-12.30pm, in Lecture Theatre G15, Muirhead Tower.
The focus for this session will be a demo of Worktribe – the new research grant management functionality being provided by New Core.
Worktribe has been developed to help Academics and Professional Services colleagues to manage research activity from initial project conception right through to publication. The demonstration will show some of this functionality in more detail, including:
- bid development tools (project creation, budgeting, notifications, document collation, risk assessment, messaging, approval)
- award setup tools (contract requests, and tracking/ethics assessment)
There will be chance to raise any questions or feedback you may have on New Core at the event, however if you would like to submit a question anonymously ahead of the meeting please add this to your registration email.
How to register
All-staff are welcome to attend this event but spaces are limited so registration is essential. To register your attendance please email newcore@contacts.bham.ac.uk including your name and job title.
