Join the Service Management Operations Team at our weekly, open-door drop-in sessions

The Service Management Operations Team kicked off their regular weekly drop-in sessions on Tuesday 22 May. We are running the sessions so that all ITS staff have a regular opportunity to discuss anything related to Service Management.

Whether you would like to discuss a specific issue or have a more general question, please feel free to drop by for a chat. We are also open to ideas or suggestions for improving our processes – join us and have your say.

Where and when?

The sessions started on Tuesday 22 May, and will be held every Tuesday morning thereafter.

Date: Every Tuesday
Time: 10.00 – 11.00 am
Location: Room 124, Computer Centre, Elms Road

Who is hosting the sessions?

The sessions  are being hosted by Chris Miles, Change and Configuration Manager; Anthony Steer, Design and Transition Manager and Nic Rowley, Incident and Continuity Manager.

Do I need to book a slot?

No – the sessions are designed to be informal, so just drop by at any time during the time slot. Our door will be open!

What if I can’t make the sessions?

If the time slot is not convenient, please feel free to book a meeting with any of the team as normal.
