In this interactive workshop Paul O’Rourke, Change Manager, will share 
some simple changes that you and your team can make to organising your office environment – assisting you to ‘make important things happen’. During the session you will have the opportunity to learn about the ‘5s’ model and think about how you can apply this to your desk, the working day and your virtual desk on your desktop, laptop or phone. We’ll also give you early access to our checklist which is a quick fire way to speed up your day.

Change Community of Practice
The Change Community of Practice aims to host a series of event across the year which highlight good practice of change projects across the University and provide a forum where managers and change leaders can discuss and find solutions to the challenges they encounter in their own projects, as well as celebrating and sharing successes.
