All University home workers should undertake their own Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments, using an ergonomic checklist. This will help make sure that you remain comfortable during your working day, and don’t get injured – or exacerbate any existing injuries or health conditions.
Our Health and Safety and Building Coordinator, Dominic Cross, has collated some documents to help you to ensure the optimal conditions at your desk at home. You can find the University’s DSE Checklist and policy on DSE, and a DSE Checklist from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in the Files tab in the Welfare channel within the IT Services Collaboration Space.
