The New Core Change team have been meeting with colleagues across all Colleges, Schools, and Professional Services departments over the summer to provide updates on the latest from the programme and to gather questions and feedback on what New Core will mean for staff.
More than 60 meetings have been completed so far with more to follow in the autumn term. Thank you to all colleagues who have taken the time to meet and provide valuable insights into how the new system for HR, Payroll, and Finance will be used in your departments. Feedback from the sessions is being incorporated into Change planning for future training and communications activity, and responses to queries will be added to the intranet.
