Extensive sessions were held over the summer to discuss and confirm the requirements for Finance elements of the new system that will be delivered in the secondĀ phase of the Programme launch.
These elements will form the ‘2b’ phase of the Programme, due to launch in summer 2019 and include:
- Supplier portal
- Tendering and Sourcing
- Fixed Assets
- Inventory
- Planning and Budgeting
Thank you to all colleagues from across the University who attended these sessions and provided valuable insights into requirements and processes for their areas. This feedback will, wherever possible, be incorporated into next steps for phase 2b implementation, delivery, and training.
