Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. Happening every year, it’s a day for friends, families, communities, and workplaces to come together to talk, listen and change lives.

You don’t have to host a huge event to get the conversation going on Time to Talk Day. Remember, every conversation matters – some ideas could be to:
- Check-in with a friend
- Host a coffee and chat in your local community
- Simply text a mate
Also, don’t forget about the wealth of support available here at University of Birmingham including mental health, welfare, disability and urgent support https://intranet.birmingham.ac.uk/student/your-wellbeing/index.aspx
