Congratulations to Richard Clayton, Bespoke Sustenance Team Manager (Applications Services) and Ian Bowman, Head of End User Services, for passing the ITIL Service Strategy exam in March! Completing ITIL exams takes a lot of hard work and dedication, and there are a number of exams to take before reaching the ultimate goal of ITIL Master. Richard is already well on his way with only one more exam to take before receiving his ITIL Expert certification!
