Lucy Horsnett, in the Service Management and Admin team, started studying towards the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in September 2016. We are pleased to announce that she has successfully completed the programme and is now a CIPD Associate member!
CIPD – the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development – run courses at various levels for HR professionals to acquire relevant practical skills and a professional qualification to further their career within HR.
By completing the Level 3 Foundation course, Lucy has developed her knowledge of HR, Learning and Development and business practices – all of which can be applied here in IT Services. Lucy has now enrolled on the Level 5 qualification – the equivalent of an undergraduate degree course.
