As part of New Core’s extensive Training programme for University staff, additional IT Skills training will be available for colleagues.
All staff will interact with the system in varying capacities, and the New Core team are aware that not all colleagues currently use a computer for their day-to-day work. As such the University’s Digital Skills Team will be offering Basic IT Skills Training sessions in the autumn term for any members of staff who would like to enhance their IT skills.
In order to help in planning the sessions attendees should complete a short survey. The survey can be completed online or as a hard-copy via the downloadable version that can be found here.
Please distribute this survey to any colleagues who do not have internet access where appropriate. Completed surveys can be emailed to newcore@contacts.bham.ac.uk or via internal post to Gillian Crosby – New Core, Cedar House.
